Introduction

My grandmother gave me this recipe. It's perfect when you have no idea what to make for dinner or when you're pushed for time. It goes great with cornbread. My grandmother gave me this recipe. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can minestrone soup
    1 can ranch style or barbeque beans

Directions

Brown ground beef in pan with onion and garlic.
Drain and rinse if there is grease remaining
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Heat until heated through and served.
Makes about four 1 cup servings.
