Junky's Crock Pot Acorn Squash

Ingredients

    1 Acorn Squash cut in quarters and cleaned
    4 tsp Brown Sugar
    2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tbsp Country Crock Spread
    Some dashes of salt (if desired)

Directions

Cut squash in quarters. Clean out the grossness. Spread a little less than 1 tsp of butter spread on each quarter. Add 1 tsp of Brown Sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to each quarter. Dash with salt. Throw (not literally) into your crockpot and cook on high for about 2 hours.
