Introduction

This meal is one of my family favorites. Feel free to change it up to make it more yours. My mom adds buttered bread cut into cubes on the top of hers and bakes until brown. Also really good with potatoes smoothering the top and baked until warm all the way through. This meal is one of my family favorites. Feel free to change it up to make it more yours. Ingredients

    3 lbs. of ground chuck or lean beef
    1 lrg. onion
    1 bag or 2 cups egg noodles
    2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups of milk (non fat)
    2 cans of mixed vegies
    2 cups of shredded cheese (your choice)

Directions

In skillet brown burger and onion together. In a good sized pot boil water and noodles. when both are done drain and rinse meat and noodles with water will take out extra grease and starch.

Through everything thats left in the good sized pot. Bring to a boil or good simmer. This part should only take about 20-30 minutes.

If you decide to add bread or potatoes to yours not only will it add time to bake at 350 for about 45-60 min, but it will also change the nutrition chart too.
