Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Chicken
    4 Garlic Cloves
    2 tbsp Green Onions (Scallions)
    2 tbsp Green Bell Pepper
    2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper
    2 tsp Salt (low sodium)
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients adding any other spices to taste. Separate into 8 portions 2 ozs each.
