Baked Oatmeal

Introduction

I make this and then I have a tasty,hearty oatmeal for several days. To make it special and different, I will add fruit and/or nuts. I make this and then I have a tasty,hearty oatmeal for several days. To make it special and different, I will add fruit and/or nuts.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    2/3 cups Splenda
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    3 cups dry oatmeal
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 Cup 1% milk

    *optional - not included in recipe calculations so you will need to add to nutrition counter::
    1 cup diced seasonal or frozen fruit and/or
    2 tbls chopped nuts







Directions

Mix apple sauce, Splenda, and Egg Beaters. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Spray an 11" x 7" pan with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Make six 1/2 cup servings.
