Pop Up Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. Flour
    2 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp. Salt
    3/4 c. Milk
    3 Tbsp Sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Mayo

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Fill greased (Pam) muffin tins half full. Bake @ 375 for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

  • Very easy and quick. I used rice milk and lite mayonnaise, and these rolls turned out much sweeter and softer than I was expecting.
