Steph2003's Cheesecake Fruit Dip

Introduction

This is a fantastic fruit dip! Whenever I take it anywhere I'm always asked for the recipe! This is a fantastic fruit dip! Whenever I take it anywhere I'm always asked for the recipe!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 box Jello Cheesecake Pudding, Fat Free Sugar Free (4 servings per box)
    1 tub Cool Whip Free (8oz)
    1 cup skim milk (you can use anywhere from 1/2 cup to 1 cup it just depends on how thick you want it)

    Tip, you could also substitute 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese, (blend to make it smooth) for the sour cream. And use less milk. It would lower the calories some and add a little more protein.

Directions

In large bowl combine the pudding, milk, and sour cream. Fold in cool whip. (Don't over stir cool whip or your dip will be runny.) Chill in refrigerator.


Makes 16, 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) servings.
