Quick Chicken & Biscuits

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    ~ boneless skinless chicken breast (12 oz)
    ~ cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz can)
    ~ 2 cups chicken broth
    ~ 1 cup frozen corn
    ~ 1/2 cup onion chopped
    ~ 1 tbsp butter
    ~ biscuits

Directions

+ bring 2 cups chicken broth to a boil in sauce pan
+ par boil chicken for about 20 min
+ in a skillet saute 1/2 cup onion with butter
+ season with salt and pepper
+ add the cream of chicken soup and 1 cup reserved chicken broth
+ stir until thickened
+ add in frozen corn
+ shred cooked chicken and add to skillet
+ serve with biscuits
