Introduction

I just decided to take these three ingredients, which I enjoy so much and are so high in fiber and protein, and throw them together! I just decided to take these three ingredients, which I enjoy so much and are so high in fiber and protein, and throw them together!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    I just took 1/2 cup of cooked whole wheat couscous and mixed it with one can of heated Kidney beans and one can of heated albacore tuna.

    Season for taste! I add plenty of black pepper and salt free southwest mix.

Directions

Makes 3 1-cup servings.

Cook couscous.
Heat kidney beans and tuna together, add seasoning.
Mix with couscous.

Enjoy!
