Turkey Fried Rice

Introduction

When I am craving Chinese this is a healthier alternative than call out. When I am craving Chinese this is a healthier alternative than call out.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    I cup diced onions
    I packet of Kikkoman Fried Rice Seasoning
    1 Cup Mann's broccoli slaw - chopped (no dressing)
    2 slices of deli turkey - chopped
    2 Tbls canola oil
    I egg
    3 cups cold brown rice

Directions

Prepare the rice ahead and chill.

Dissolve the Kikkoman mix in 2 tbls water and set aside.

In a large skillet cook the onions in the oil until they begin to become translucent, add the broccoli slaw and sitr fry for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and cook an additional minute. Add a beaten egg into the mixture until it is scambled, Add the rice and fried rice seasoning and cook until heated through.

Make four 1 cup servings.
