I made this last night and added some broccoli rabe :) It smelled fabulous, looked amazing but the taste was a little bland. I felt like it needed salt? Any suggestions? for some extra ummphhh :) - 12/15/09

Well the curry itself already has a lot of salt but can add some crushed red peppers and some season salt. But i find that brand of tofu to be very blannnn. I tried using a different brand of tofu and liked it.
Hi, I'd like to make this but can you list how many grams or ounces is the "Azumaya Tofu Firm, 2.5 serving " so I can adjust the calorie count for another brand? Is it 2.5 * 79grams? Thank you for the recipe! - 10/8/08

For this recipe I used 7oz (197.5 grams). I Basically used half of packaged serving.
