Ingredients

    16 Bean Soup Mix - 1 lb. dry bag
    1 c. uncooked quick barley (Quaker)
    1 can (14 oz.) Beef Broth (Swanson)

Directions

Soak beans.
Add beans and 10 cups water to pot and boil approx. 90 minutes. Add 1 c. quick barley and continue boiling another 30 minutes. Add can of beef broth.
