Kit's "Homemade" Veggie Soup

Introduction

Made genuinely at home! ... from cans. But delicious and healthy anyway. Made genuinely at home! ... from cans. But delicious and healthy anyway.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can carrot slices
    1 can peas
    1 can green beans
    1 can corn
    (can add 1 can potatoes)
    2 cans mushrooms
    2 cans beef broth
    1 pound ground turkey
    2.5 cups small pasta
    water to cover

Directions

Open cans. (You can add canned potatoes or whatever other veggies you like, or leave out any that you don't like.) Cook the ground turkey; I added some oregano, onions, and garlic powder. When the turkey's cooked, add the canned veggies and broth. Allow to warm up, then serve with bread and butter. Yum!
