Introduction

My fave sinigang My fave sinigang
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 kilo Salmon Fillet or mixed with salmon heads
    1 med tomatos sliced
    1 onion sliced
    1/2 packet pf Knorr Tamarind soup Base (can be found in asian stores)
    1 cup spinach
    water

Directions

Boil water in a quart pan. Add onion and tomato. Let simmer and add the tamarind soup base, then add fish. Whne fish is almost cooked, add spinach. Season to taste. Serve with jasmine rice and fish sauce with chili flakes
