Fed about 40 people at a New Year's Day dinner, and decided to try this recipe as a side. I tripled the ingredients and fixed the whole thing up in a 5-quart crockpot. There wasn't a single bite left... everyone gave the results a great review! I used light butter, for even less calories and fat. - 1/2/09

Thank you, I'm glad everyone liked it. It is really good. I cut the butter from the original recipe, it was 1 cup, I cut it down to 1 stick. Hope you use it again.
Made this for a church function this evening. It was really good and was a big hit with both the kids and adults.
I will definately make this again. - 12/7/08
