Introduction

My ex mother in law gave me the recipe. She was born in Genoa Italy. It was her mom recipe. This soup is fulling and great in winter or when the weather gets cold. Ingredients

    Ground pork:3 oz. cooked and drained
    Garlic: 2 cloves-minced
    Parsley: 1 tbs. chopped, fresh
    Pepper: dash
    White beans(or kidney): 1 can
    chopped Tomatoes canned 1 cup
    Water: 1 cup
    detalini pasta 1/2 cup )or elbows)
    Parmesan Cheese: 1 Tbl.

Directions

1. Cook pork in small skillet and drain any grease.

2. add garlic, parsley and black pepper and cook for about 4 min.

3. In a quart pot, add white beans, tomato sauce water and meat mixture; bring heat up to just boiling stirring constantly.

4. then lower heat and add pasta shells until shells are done

5. add Parmesan cheese.

makes about a quart
