Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
    1 large onion minced
    1 packet dried onion soup mix
    2 eggs
    salt pepper to taste
    1/3 cup ketchup over top

Directions

Mix ingredients well with exception to the ketchup, form into a loaf and cook on a grill pan ( so grease runs off) and top with Ketchup. Cook at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear. This makes 8 nice side servings, I always serve with baked potatoes and green beans a classic "mom" meal when I was a child, comfort food!
