Introduction

Found this recipe & changed some of the ingredients to make it healthier. Also decided to use mini loaf pan for individual servings, to make it easier to know how much is a single serving. Can freeze extras for a quick meal another day. Found this recipe & changed some of the ingredients to make it healthier. Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken
    1.25 lb lean ground pork
    1 pkg Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
    2 slices dried wheat bread, crumbled
    1/2 c egg substitute
    3/4 c water
    1/3 c Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Divide into 8 portions and fill wells of mini-loaves pan.
Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand for 10 minutes.
