This is a simple yet tasty way to prepare salmon. It can be served with any side dish, though I like to serve it with steamed broccoli with a squeeze of lemon. Ingredients

    Salmon Fillet
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp dill

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and grease glass oven safe dish.

Put salmon in dish, and coat with balsamic, honey, and dill.

Cook for 30 mins, or until flaky through out.
