Glazed pork chops

Ingredients

    3 boneless pork chops, fat trimmed off, appx 4 oz each
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp molasses
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, optional
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Take pork chops and salt/pepper/garlic them to taste. Pour 1/2 olive oil over top and put into skillet over medium heat. Salt/pepper/garlic and oil raw side of pork chops that are in the skillet. In the mean time, mix honey and molasses. Once pork chops are almost cooked, start drizzling honey/molasses mixture over tops, turning occasionally in pan, until pork completely cooked and glaze is gone. When I make this, I use garlic oil, which is flavored olive oil, so that and garlic is optional. Makes 3 servings.
