Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

    2 Tbl. cornstarch
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    2.5 cup milk, 1%
    2 Tbl butter
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2%
    8 oz. pasta, (macaroni, rotini, fiori)

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients, stir in milk. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 1-3/4 cups cheese until melted. Add pasta. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake uncovered in 375 oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
