Pumpkin Mousse Dip

Introduction

A great fruit dip or easy lite pie filling for a graham cracker crust. A great fruit dip or easy lite pie filling for a graham cracker crust.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can solid pack pumpkin
    1 8 oz neufachatel cheese or lowfat cream cheese
    1 8 oz container Cool Whip, lite
    1-2 tsp cinnamon vanilla spice, or pumpkin spice

Directions

Chill the pumpkin pie filling for an hour. Soften cream cheese and stir with whisk to make it smooth, add chilled pumpkin and mix well. Add the cinnamon vanilla spice and then fold in the Cool Whip until blended well. Serve with apple or pear slices or pour into a prepared graham cracker shell and chill for one hour.
