Peaches N Cream

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 peaches (not super hard)
    4 serving Vanilla Pudding (the cooked kind is a little thicker and makes this recipe even better)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Cut peaches into 16 pieces each and place on a cookie sheet with skin on the bottom.
Brush a small amount of oil on each slice to keep them moist.
Place peaches into oven and cook until peaches are soft. I usually check every 5 minutes after the first ten.
While peaches are baking, make pudding.
When peaches are finished, use pudding as a dip for them. MMMM!!!!
