Spaghetti Squash Crepes

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup spaghetti squash, cooked
    1/3 cup dry non fat milk
    2 eggs, large beaten
    lemon zest
    2 tsp. Agave Nectar
    1 cup Strawberries, fresh

Directions

Combine all ingredients except strawberries and agave nectar in a bowl and mix well.

Heat a non stick pan on medium-high and spray with non stick spray.

Pour 1/3 cup of mixture into pan and let cook for 1 minute. Begin folding the cake twice to make a crepe and cook through.

Place on plate and top with strawberries and drizzle agave nectar.

Enjoy.
