Banana Bread



Introduction

A bread that tastes like cake! A bread that tastes like cake!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    4-5 bananas
    150 g apple sauce/cooked apples
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 egg white
    100 g sugar
    1,25 tsp baking powder
    225 g flour

    Add a little salt and vanilla sugar. Grease baking form with spray.

Directions

Add banana and cooked apples (apple sauce) together with sugar and egg white in a bowl and mix. Preheat oven at 200 C then add cinnamon, baking powder and flour to the mix - also a wee little salt and vanilla sugar if wanted. Stir well then put batter into a sprayed bread form and bake at 175 C for 40-45 min until well done. Cool down bread before taking it out of the form.
