Easy Spaghetti Salad

Introduction

This is fast and can be eaten hot, cold, as the main dish or can be taken as a great salad at a potluck. This is fast and can be eaten hot, cold, as the main dish or can be taken as a great salad at a potluck.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked spaghetti
    1/2 cup light itallian dressing( I use Kraft)
    1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
    2 tbsp capers
    1/2 cup sliced green olives
    1 tbls Parmesan cheese

    Some times I add sliced pepperocini peppers and sliced pickled garlic for extra spice.
    I also sometimes use pesto instead of salad dressing but that will change the nutrition facts.

Directions

Boil the noodles, slice up olives cucumbers and tomatoes if you like them sliced. Stir every thing but the Parmesan cheese together. Each serving is 1/2 cup. After dishing up servings sprinkle with some of the cheese.
