1 C Skim Milk 1/2 C Low Fat Cottage Cheese 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese 1 T Cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot, cooked fettuccini. For a full meal mix with cooked chicken and broccoli. Makes 4 serving.
