Noodle Soup

Introduction

Used my own turkey, chicken and beef broth for which I can get no nutritional count. All fat is removed. Used my own turkey, chicken and beef broth for which I can get no nutritional count. All fat is removed.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 1/2 C. Carrots
    1 1/2 C. Celery (or more)
    1 1/4 C. Onion
    3 tsp. Garlic
    Herbs of all kinds
    Hot Pepper Seeds
    11 C. Broth & Water
    3/4 C. Turkey (was in broth)
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) Ronzoni Whole Grain Noodles

Directions

Cook and drain noodles. Chop onion, celery and carrots. Cook vegetables in small amount of water. Add broth and more water. Add spices, noodles and turkey. Simmer 30 - 40 minutes.
Makes about 20 servings of 1 cup each.
