Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
    1 cup low fat soy milk or skim milk
    6 mushrooms, diced or thinly slices
    2 slices pineapple, chopped
    1 egg white, beaten
    1 tsp each ginger, curry, cinnamon
    enough water to make 5 cups soup

Directions

Combine all ingredients and heat.
