Pumpkin muffins

Ingredients

1.5 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
3 eggs
1.5 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup water
3 cups all purpose flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and water in a large mixing bowl. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt in smaller bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture, blend well.
Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Makes 20 muffins.
