Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup fat free, plain yogurt
    1 medium banana, sliced
    1 Tbsp sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smoth. Makes approximately 2 one cup servings.
