Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups fresh cranberries (12oz package)
    1 tsp corn starch
    1/2 cup granulated sugar subsitute, such as Splenda
    dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves

Directions

In medium saucepan, stir together sugar substitute, corn stach and water until dissolved. Add cranberries and spices and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries pop and soften. Remove from heat and chill for 3 hours before serving.

Makes 2 cups. Nutritional information given is for 1/4 cup.
