Banana Nut Bread (no oil)

Introduction

easy, moist, and good for you!!! easy, moist, and good for you!!!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 3/4 flour
    1 1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2/3 cups sugar
    1/3 cups applesauce
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp milk
    1 cup mashed ripe banana
    1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds

Directions

mix dry ingredients together. make a well in the middle and add all wet ingredients. stir in sunflower seeds.

spray pam in desired pan(s)

1 loaf (50-60 minutes to bake)
5 mini loaves (30 minutes to bake)
16 muffins (20 minutes to bake)
