Ingredients

    1 egg
    2 t. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 T. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk

Directions

Add first three ingredients in bowl and whisk till blended. Add flour and baking powder, mix well. Add milk, till consistency of batter, additional might be needed but not in calculator.

Made 4" pancakes
