1 lb Asparagus, fresh
4 Tbsp Horseradish sauce
2 slices Red Onion
6 slices Tomatoes, halved
1.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Meanwhile cut your baguettes in half lengthwise. Spread 1 Tbsp of horseradish evenly onto each half.
Top each baguette half with cooked asparagus, red onion, and tomato. Cut cheese into 1 inch wide strips and arrange over tomato (or sprinkle shredded cheese) . Place sandwiches on a broiler pan or ungreased cookie sheet.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
