Steak, tomatoes, mushrooms & rice Steak, tomatoes, mushrooms & rice
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6-12 oz Steak (top sirloin)
    .5-1 C Chopped Onion
    1 can Mushroom Stems & Pieces
    1 can Stewed Diced Tomatoes
    1 C Cooked Rice (Minute Rice)

Directions

Cook rice according to directions.
Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Spray skillet with Pam. Add steak and chopped onions. Cook until steak is browned and onion is tender. Add mushrooms and stewed tomatoes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add rice and stir or serve over rice. Enjoy.
