3/4 box of Barilla Plus Penne Pasta 1 jar Ragu (tomato, basil & italian cheese) 1/2 c Parmesan cheese 1/2 c Light ricotta 2 c Mozzarella cheese, part skim
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make pasta according to package. Drain and add ragu(leave a little for top), and half the parmesan. Stir together. Put half the pasta into a 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with half the ricotta and half the mozzarella. Add the rest of the pasta and top with remaining sauce and cheeses. Bake, covered with foil, at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15-20 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly around the edges. Makes 6 big servings.
