IntroductionI used things I had around the house to use up. I used things I had around the house to use up.
3.5 cups organic veggie broth
2 cups raw spinach
1 large portobella mushroom
2 tsp. miso paste
1/5 tub of tofu
stick tofu in blender or food processor till liquid
Add all ingredients into pot and stir till done.
