IntroductionBreak from the everyday Soups to a vist to the Tuscany- Low/Carb & Low Fat Break from the everyday Soups to a vist to the Tuscany- Low/Carb & Low Fat
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely diced or *dried minced can be used
4 c. Vegetable or Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp chopped fresh Sage, 0r 1/2 tsp of dried.
2 c. Caulifower, fresh or frozen-chopped
1/2 bag or 4 c. of Birds Eye Mediterannean Blend Vegetables
Salt & Pepper or Mrs. Dash to taste
Stir in Broth,herbs & Mediterranean Blend. Bring to a Boil over High heat. Cover & reduce heat to Simmer for 12-15 min., till vegetables are tender. Add Seasoning of choice & serve.
