Reduced Calorie Quiche

Introduction

Pre-heat oven to 350
bake pie crust 10 min
remove from oven; spread mozzarella cheese over bottom of pie crust.
add grilled chicken breast strips (diced)

in a separate bowl w/ handmixer cream together: mustard, salt, pepper, eggs, ricotta cheese & milk.

pour into shell over chicken.

Bake for 1 hour

    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (shredded)
    *Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 3 oz
    mustard powder, 1/2 tsp
    Salt 1/4 tsp
    pepper 1/4 tsp
    3 eggs
    4 oz . 1% milk
    8 oz. ricotta chees (part skim)

Directions

Bake for 1 hour at 350

cut into 6 servings- 319 calories

cut into 8 servings = 239 calories

Note: any other ingredient can be substituted for the chicked - try chopped spinich, zuchini or broccoli
