1 c. mushrooms 2 cloves garlic 3 cans fat free chicken broth 14 oz can tomatoes, diced w/ oregeno, basil & garlic 9 oz. cheese tortellini 2 Tbl. julienned basil 1/4c parmeson cheese grated
Saute mushrooms and garlic in a little of the chicken broth about 4 min. until the mushrooms are tender. Add the rest of the chicken broth and the can of tomatoes heat on high until it boils, add the tortellini and cook 9-10 min. until they are tender. Add the julienned basil and pepper, cook one more minute. Put into bowl and add a small amount of parmesan cheese. Enjoy
