Cheese and Onion Bread

Introduction

Delicious bread that can be divided into two loaves for a smaller sandwich - but still big on taste. Delicious bread that can be divided into two loaves for a smaller sandwich - but still big on taste.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1.5 cups water
    1.25 tsp salt
    2 tbs sugar
    3.5 cups flour
    .25 cup buttermilk powder
    .75 up shredded old cheddar
    .25 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1.25 tsp yeast

Directions

Please note it is buttermilk powder not milk. Mustard is the powdered mustard. Or I guess you could subsitute the water for 1.5 cups of buttermilk. Also the onions are minced flakes soaked in hot water (2 tbs.) I could not find these ingredients in the recipe maker.

Add all ingredients into a bread maker. Set to dough cycle. Divide into 2 smaller loaf pans and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
