Banana Bread

Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    1 cup butter
    5 bananas
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt

Directions

cream sugar and butter. Blend bananas until smooth, then beat eggs in with bananas. Beat banana mixture in with the creamed butter. mix dry ingredients, and then add to the wet ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Tooth pick should come out clean when done. Allow to cool in bread pans for 10 minutes, and then shake out of the pans and allow to cool completely. Makes 2 medium loaves, and makes 24 servings.
