Potato Nachos

Introduction

A made this after a favorite bar treat of mine=french fries with onions and bacon and cheese. A made this after a favorite bar treat of mine=french fries with onions and bacon and cheese.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large potato
    1/4 cup of 2% shredded cheese (i use cheddar)
    Chopped onions (to taste)
    Salsa (to taste)
    lettuce (to taste)
    3 slices of Turkey Bacon, cooked
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Cut potato into thin slices and spread out on cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 15 minutes. Flip potatoes. Cook additional 15 (or so) minutes. Cooking time depends on how thin you slice.
Once cooked, layer the potato slices on a plate. add cheese, crumbled bacon, onions, salsa, lettuce.
Enjoy!
