Introduction

This is a dish my mother used to make. I've substituted the ground beef with ground turkey to make it better for you! I like to accompany it with brown rice. This is a dish my mother used to make. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    1 medium Onion chopped
    1 medium Tomato chopped
    1/2 head Cabbage, shredded (chopped)
    1 tbs Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Heat Olive oil in a big skillet or pot.
Add ground turkey to brown.
Add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until turkey is done.
Add Onion and Tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage and mix well. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until cabbage is done.

Serve with rice.
