Ingredients

    6 ice cubes
    1 cup frozen berries
    6 oz yogurt low fat
    1 cup milk
    2 tsp protein
    2 tsp natural peanut butter

Directions

Blend ice cubes and beries together. Add rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings. May add additional fiber powder if desired.
