Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients

1cup white ap flour
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 medium eggs
2 cups skim milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
4 T. melted butter
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. In another bowl combine wet ingredients (incl. pumpkin). Stir into dry ingredients until just combined. Bake in a hot waffle iron until golden. Makes 16 waffles.
