Introduction

Easy to make casserole with a Mexican twist! Easy to make casserole with a Mexican twist!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    1 540mL can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
    1 cup green peppers, chopped
    1 cup mushrooms, chopped
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp taco seasoning

Directions

Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 8 servings

Can be served with tortillas, tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, olives, etc.
