Roast Beef Pizza

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp garlic powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 cups chopped cooked roast beef
    1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
    1 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 1/5 cups shredded cheese (optional)
    1 Pizza crust dough (1 pound)

Directions

1. In a large resealable plastic bag combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef, onion and mushrooms; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2. Meanwhile, let dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour. Punch dough down and roll into a 14-in. circle. Transfer to a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Drain and discard marinade; arrange beef and vegetables over crust. Add shredded cheese, if desired (VERY YUMMY!). Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
