Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 100 grams
    Beans, red kidney, well washed canned, 240 grams
    Onions, raw, 100 grams
    Celery, raw, 100 grams
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 50 grams
    Red Wine Vinegar, 1 teaspoonful
    Canned Chopped Tomatoes, 200 grams
    *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, .75 pepper (with seeds)
    Pepper, black, .3333 tbsp


Directions

Chop all the ingredients except the beans. Then put all the ingredients including the beans into a saucepan with a lid and bring to the boil. Put on the lid and then simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over split baked potato, or boiled rice, or a thick slice of wholewheat toast.
